Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss Policy

At Healthy Sprays, we want your THIN order to arrive safely and on time. This Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, and how certain shipping-related issues are handled.

1. Shipping Availability

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. CST, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

All orders are subject to payment review and address verification. For card payments, the billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. If we cannot verify your payment or shipping details, your order may be delayed or canceled. We may contact you to confirm information before shipment.

Shipping and delivery timeframes begin only after your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: approximately 2 to 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1 to 2 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges and Promotions

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and order details.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable minimum purchase requirements, eligible locations, and shipping methods will be described at the time of the offer. Free shipping promotions may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if available from the carrier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.

6. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers where applicable.

Healthy Sprays is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.

7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier service interruptions
  • severe weather
  • natural disasters
  • holiday volume
  • regulatory or security delays

If a shipment is delayed, we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to track and resolve the issue.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • verify the shipping address on your order
  • check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Healthy Sprays is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of both the product and the packaging.

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Risk of Loss and Title

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier.

After that point, any loss, theft, delay, or damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and, where applicable, the customer.

10. Product Availability and Order Errors

Order confirmation emails confirm receipt of your order request, but do not guarantee product availability, shipment, or pricing.

We reserve the right to correct errors related to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel any order affected by an error, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

If a pricing error occurs and the correct price is lower than the listed price, we will charge the lower price. If the correct price is higher, we may cancel the order and notify you.
